This website is for the (CTE) Career Technical Education division
of Torrance Adult School. CTE includes career education in computer
applications, accounting, floristry, allied health occupations, HVAC,
and more.
Each of our teachers has an email address where they can be contacted:
The address is the teacher's first initial, last name (all lowercase) @tastusd.org.
Email is the best way to contact an instructor, because most CTE
teachers are on campus at instruction time only and should not be
interrupted while conducting a class.
The CTE Staff at Torrance Adult School provide instruction and hands-on
practice so that students may apply learning to their needs at work or on
personal projects. TAS staff does not provide direct assistance on
specific personal or work projects for individual students. Staff members do not
recommend specific products or vendors to their students.

Currently all Allied Health classes are held at the Hamilton Center Campus as well as some other CTE courses. Griffith Center is the location for most computer application courses.
